Liberty Resources II, LLC (“LRII”) sold the majority of its upstream assets in North Dakota and 100% of its midstream subsidiary, Liberty Midstream Solutions, LLC (“LMS”) to Silver Hill Energy Partners, LP (“Silver Hill”). The only assets LRII continues to own and operate are those located in the Glass Bluff Madison Unit (“GBMU”) in McKenzie and Williams counties.
