C. Mark Pearson

President & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Mark Pearson previously served as the President & CEO for Liberty Resources II. Prior to co-founding the Company in 2014, Mr. Pearson served as the President & CEO of Liberty Resources I, Golden Energy and Carbo Ceramics (NYSE: CRR). He is a leading authority on oilfield development, having authored or co-authored over 50 industry technical papers. Mr. Pearson received his B.S. and PhD degrees from Camborne School of Mines, and is a graduate of Havard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Jeremy Miller

Chief Financial Officer

Jeremy Miller previously served as the Director of Finance & Treasury for Liberty Resources II, leading the Bakken asset divestiture to Silver Hill Energy Partners in 2024. His responsibilities include treasury management, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, M&A, and investor relations. Prior to joining the Company in 2015, Mr. Miller served in various financial analyst and business development roles at Folds of Honor Foundation from 2012 to 2014. He received his B.S. in Economics from Louisiana State University, MBA from University of Central Florida and M.S. Mineral & Energy Economics from Colorado School of Mines.

Jeromy McChesney

VP Geoscience

Jeromy McChesney previously served as the Geoscience Manager for Liberty Resources II and Co-Asset Manager at Silver Hill Energy Partners, supporting numerous acquisitions and divestitures across the Williston Basin and Powder River Basin. His responsibilities include reservoir characterization, field development planning and horizontal well development. Prior to joining the Company in 2014, Mr. McChesney served as a Geologist and Geoscience Technician at Liberty Resources I from 2011 to 2014. He received his B.S. in Geology from Colorado Mesa University and M.S. Geology from Colorado School of Mines.

Ken Day

VP Engineering

Ken Day previously served as the Senior Director of Engineering for BKV Corporation (NYSE: BKV), where he led engineering teams over upstream development, A&D, power and CCUS. He was the technical lead on 17 A&D transactions totaling over $2.5B across the company’s diverse energy portfolio. His current responsibilities include acquisition valuations, asset management and business development. Prior to joining BKV, Mr. Day served in various production, completions, and reservoir engineering roles at BP and Occidental Petroleum. He received his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from University of Texas.

Bill Krysiak

CFO / Financial Advisor

Bill Krysiak is the Chief Financial Officer of Liberty Resources and joined the Company in January 2015. He has over 30 years of oil and gas experience and is responsible for all administrative, financial and accounting areas of the Company.

Bill has extensive experience in the upstream, midstream and downstream segments of the industry and has served as Chief Financial Officer of both public and private companies including Southwest Generation LLC, Aspect Energy LLC and Western Gas Resources, Inc.

During his career, Bill has lead or participated in numerous acquisitions, divestitures and financings including the sale of Western Gas Resources to Anadarko Petroleum for total proceeds of over $5.3 billion. He also served on the Board of Directors of Kodiak Oil & Gas Corporation and chaired their Audit Committee from 2010 until the sale of that Company in 2014.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Over 40 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas business.
Former Drilling Manager and Production.
Superintendent for Liberty Resources II.
Former VP Exploitation (Operations & Engineering) for 125,000 Bopd PSC offshore Indonesia with Repsol and CNOOC.
BS Pet. Engineering from Montana Tech, licensed Pet. Eng. (Alaska) since 1994.

Maria A. Pearson

HR & Office Administration Manager

Over 20 years of administrative experience in the oil and gas industry covering E&P and oilfield service sectors. HR & Office Administration Manager at Liberty Resources I & II, and Golden Energy. Former Business Manager at Carbo Ceramics (Eurasia) Ltd., Kopeysk, Russia. BS International Economics, Ural State University, Yekaterinburg, Russia.
